Lee-Wright Associates Ltd provides an all inclusive architectural design and construction management service for both private and commercial clients. Our organisation supplies a one stop solution for those who insist on an unstressed imaginative quality building experience. 

We are one of the few companies that have the facilities and resources to offer a genuinely full in-house design and build service, regardless of the size of the project.

Lately we seem to be taking on more commercial developments that are subject to CDM Regulations. We do regular work for a number of local developers and are currently involved in building holiday flats, flat developments for sale, commercial housing developments and extensions to care homes.

We have built our reputation on providing creative designs, giving sound practical advice and delivering expertly executed work. We are as up to date with the latest building regulations and planning requirements as we can be. We use the latest computer technology for our drawings, energy efficiency calculations, structural engineering design, costing and project management. Wherever possible we make the most of on-line Local Authority Planning and Building Control Portals. 

Due to the fact that our client base is largely made up from individuals using our services on a single project basis, it is surprising how much of our business comes from referrals through existing and past clients.

Unlike a single purchase of a pre-manufactured item, every building project is a different experience. No two building projects are ever the same and requirements, circumstances and the people involved vary widely. One thing that we have learnt over the years is that one size does not fit all. However experience has also shown us that although the great majority of people are genuine and easy to work with, not everyone who contacts us will necessarily be right for us and vice versa. We offer a free no obligation, getting to know you/what you want initial meeting. Directions:
From M5 take Junction 27 and exit towards Uffculme. Before roundabout at Waterloo Cross follow brown signpost Working Wool Museum turn right towards Uffculme. Take second right again signposted Working Wool Museum. Continue through Long Avenue of trees until T junction. Turn left, miss immediate right and take next right again signposted with Museum sign. Continue down road. Road turns left and then right over bridge, Turn immediately right into carpark. Park and walk over bridge. Pass visitor shop, climb steps an turn right towards Gil Box restaurant. Enter external door and pas restaurant and walk up steps above. We are on the next floor.
